Prepped and Ready to Go!
Overall Accomplishments: the teleoperational controls all work, we have a brief autonomous scoring one floor goal, we can score cubes on low posts and we can build skyrise pieces
The focus today was on practicing driving and making small tweaks to make Andromeda more efficient. We wrote a short autonomous which simply moves away from the base, leaves the driver preload cube on the tile behind it and spins at the end to face back at the beginning. We will attempt a more complicated autonomous if we have extra time on the practice field. The remainder of the meeting was spent packing the tools, power, and spare parts we may need in a box to take on the bus with us.
Andromeda is prepped and ready to compete Saturday in Thousand Oaks, California. Here we come!
